• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS through Shiprocket.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

We ship pan-India using trusted couriers via Shiprocket (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.):

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (in Vadodara, Ahmedabad)

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Every piece of Solaceé jewelry is shipped in a luxurious midnight blue box, designed to protect and impress.

❌ Non-Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

• The order will be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

• Re-shipping can be arranged after confirming details, with an additional shipping charge.

Once your order is shipped, Shiprocket will send you a real-time tracking link via SMS/email.
