Returns

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • All original packaging, tags, and jewelry pouches must be included.

  • You must have the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If your return does not meet our conditions, we may deny the refund or offer a partial one.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

Received a defective or incorrect item? We're so sorry!
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at solaceeofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll resolve it quickly—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
